Reports to the National Head - HR

Manage Nationally Focusing on the below areas

Head Count - 700 +

Team Size - 3-4 Members

Job Location - Chennai

- HR Operations (Talent acquisition, induction, training, pay roll, relations management, maintaining and updating Human Capital Management portal, exit formalities)

- Assist in setting HR Policies

- Employee engagement & benefit, statutory requirements

- Learning and Development / T&D - Process Owner (Conduct need analysis, design, develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of state-of-the-art learning and development, Leadership Development and coaching programs.)

- Collaborate with Leadership team and Operations heads of various departments to develop solutions related to culture, performance and leadership development

Experience : 

- Ideally with 15+ years of experience and effectively managed the above work and framing HR policies as the organisation scales up its operations.

Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA
