Assistant General Manager - Healthcare Recruitment - Lateral Hiring - BPO

A global Business Process Management (BPM) services provider with presence in USA, Canada, UK, Jamaica, India and Philippines and 44,000 employees globally.

- Healthcare Recruitment experience in a BPO is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage Lateral hiring across all levels for the Healthcare practice, and drive the strategy and delivery

- Ensure consistent focus on Cost, Quality and closure TAT

- Senior stakeholder Management & Engagement

- Process and performance improvement

- Team Management

Ideal Candidate :

- 10-15 years experience, with expertise in hiring for Lateral levels for International Market, preferably US.

- Healthcare BPO hiring experience mandatory (RCM, Payer, Provider)

- Ability to build processes, drive process improvements.

- Strong industry and functional knowledge

- Able relationship building skills.
