RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as the single point of contact for establishing the right process design, drive standardization and owns the Process - To bring the best practices, ideas and help improve the process continuously - Perform bench-marking with best in class Processes and drive standardized Global template and metrics - Work closely with Transformation and Delivery team by providing the subject matter expertise and help execute the various standardization / Process centric initiatives as per the timelines agreed - Manage Process Maps and SOP, agreed and align with Client counterparts and signoff any changes agreed - Provide inputs for Process Training for the Delivery team and ensure it is up to date and also participate in those sessions on an ongoing basis - Work closely with the Black belt's and identify pain points, identify Projects and support execution - Act as Subject matter expert and Manage process and compliance on Quality and Training frameworks REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp; - Demonstrate Domain expertise for the respective function (R2R) - Extensive knowledge of leading ERP and Data Maintenance Practices - Ability to create/present FAO training materials - Analytical Skills - Good communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Exposure to ERP tools WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company.
