Assistant General Manager/General Manager - Product Development - Highway Business

Objective of the position:

To support the development activities for Off Highway business, which include Major segments like Solid tires for Skid steers, Forklift, Loader etc. This role is key position in major product portfolio design and development department.

Key responsibilities & skills:

1. Responsible for end to end Design & product development.

2. Preparation of Tire molds drawings, specification, Cavity, Layouts, and Pattern etc.

3. Proficiency in AUTOCAD & 3D software like UG, CATIA etc.

4. Knowledge about tire Legal regulations

Experience:

1. Min 10-12 years of experience in Solid tire product development

2. Exposure to Solid tire Process design and manufacturing, types of machinery and market will be an added advantage.

3. Knowledge of tools like QFD & FEA tools will be an added advantage

4. Knowledge of non-marking tires will be an added advantage
