Looking for Head Pre-Sales (AGM/GM) - BFSI Vertical, BPO.
Domain : BPO / BFSI
Preference : Pre-Sales experience from a Domestic BPO
Skills Required :
- Healthy Pre Sales Experience of 10+ years, primarily in a BPO Industry
- Penchant for Sales in BPO Industry
- Experience of working on Large Deals & offering Multiple Services
- Strong Pre Sales experience of working on voice and non-voice processes
- Strong experience of dealing with India Domestic Markets, ok with International as a combination
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
- Clarity of pricing models in domestic BPO
- Excellent skills in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of digital transformations
Responsibilities :
- Working closely with Sales team on Proposals and Pitches for Business
- Aligning final solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
- Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings
- Manage & take a hands-on role in structured, detailed & compelling pre-sales engagements ensuring in-depth stakeholder engagement throughout long & complex sales cycles
- Co-ordinate with Sales & the wider Organization to identify opportunities & lead the discussions with customers to define innovative next generation solutions for their business
