Assistant General Manager - Finance - Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounts for a Listed Entity, including Subsidiaries.

- Proficient in Statutory and internal Audit Procedures, with a strong understanding of Accounting Standards (IND AS).

- Effective and justification-based interaction with Auditors to ensure smooth conduct of Audits.

- Custodian and implementation of Internal Control Procedures.

- Experience with Oracle Financials, Inventory & other Modules is strongly preferred.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Direct Taxes, including handling assessments.Working

knowledge of Indirect Taxes, particularly GST.

- Preparation, analysis, and interaction with Senior Management regarding MIS, Profitability, Ratios, and Performance Indicators.General understanding of other functions in a Corporate Setup.Experience in

Vendor Management, Negotiations, Procurements, and Commercials.

- Exposure to working with Manufacturing companies or Big 4s is highly preferred.

- Prior experience with companies having a turnover of 1500+ crores is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in a similar role in a Listed Company (NSE/BSE).

- Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Inventory & other Modules is strongly preferred.

- Strong understanding and application of Accounting Standards (IND AS).

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a finance and accounts managerial role.
