AGM - Finance and Accounts

1. Timely closure of Accounting Activities & preparation of MIS and other reports as required by Stakeholders/BOD.

2. Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit within stipulated timelines with no adverse remarks

3. Fund Management

4. Manage and supervise CAPEX

5. AR and AP Management

6. Dealing with Statutory and Internal Auditors

7. Ensuring Filing of returns as per tax deadlines with accuracy and assessment

8. Preparation of AOP with detailed analysis

9. IND AS, IFC, ICDS and GST compliances

10. Assessment of financial requirements/treasury management

11. Monthly overview of Bank limits and future fund planning

12. Support to CEO in implementing strategic decisions

13. SAP/ERP Knowledge

Educational Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant with 14-17 years of post-qualification experience
