Job Description - Reporting to Financial Controller and Director - Finance and Operations, this person will taking care of:

- Taxation:

- Mandatory Skills:

- Responsible for corporate taxation, dealing with auditors on all tax matters

- Responsible for TDS applicability - deduction and deposition

- Computation and filing of TDS returns / corporate tax returns on time

- Compliance on transfer pricing

- Desirable:

- Responsible for applicability for Direct Tax avoidance

- Agreements and respective compliance on organization

- Manage tax compliance and representation / correspondence with revenue authorities / Tax Practitioners

- Experience in VAT, WCT and other applicable laws

- Accounting:

- Mandatory Skills Managing statutory books of accounts, financial statements and annual reports

- Monthly closing as per calendar / reporting deadlines

- Strong knowledge of balance sheet

- Review of all fiscal issues arising from various agreements / contracts

- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards

- Desirable:

- Knowledge of IFRS

- Audit Mandatory Skills:

- Responsible for audit coordination at Group level - Identification of issues and bringing to closure

- Working with big 4 auditing firms

The Successful Candidate - Article ship / training / experience from Big 4 is desirable

- Qualified CA between 2003- 2007 ( at least 8 years of post - qualification experience is must

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS is desirable

- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, transfer pricing and desirable knowledge of DTAA Should have experience in dealing with Revenue Authorities

- Should be a strong team player and need to align with corporate vision

- Good communication, interpersonal skills & presentation Skills Self - driven with strong analytics skills
