We are looking for a talented Head of EHS Manager with 7-13 years of experience

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills.

Role Description :

- Head - EHS is responsible for the complete EHS function and team that is functioning across. This is a group level function that exists for improving and maintaining safety in partnership with Business HR and Operations.

Key Result Areas :

- Promote occupational health and safety within the organisation and develop safer and healthier ways of working

- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines

- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety

- Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law

- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention

- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations

- Inspect workplace and field work to observe possible unsafe conditions

- Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and correctives

- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures

- Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
