AGM - HR (Diversity and Employee Engagement) with leading Indian multinational
KRA 1- Employee Engagement :
- Partner with Business Leaders and HR teams to drive the employee engagement strategies based on engagement survey findings.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative insights that help business leaders to make informed decisions on EE. Help leaders determine links between engagement and business outcomes.
- Conduct employee focus groups (discovery sessions) to complement engagement surveys. Roll out dipstick surveys & conduct culture audits.
- Create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles. Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement.
- Develop Employee Wellness roadmap through Employee Assistance Program and other interventions
- Design and execute Non-Monetary recognition program to increasingly enhance motivation of employees. Enable Managers to recognise and appreciate commendable work of their team members. Build a culture of appreciation in the organisation.
KRA 2- Diversity & Inclusion :- Strategize the D&I agenda for all group companies and lead it with all business stakeholders
- Facilitate Planning & Execution on Diversity & Inclusion policy and strategy for Group and its businesses. Get sponsorship of Business Leaders and critical decision makers. Periodically monitor implementation of action plan of businesses.
- Administer Micro-Surveys to bring forth important elements for women. Incorporate voice of women, collaborate with various stakeholders and make continuous changes for Diversity & Inclusion Policy for Group.
