- Lead digital strategy and implementation for all brands
- Scale up website visits and lead generation though search (SEO & SEM), display ads and partnerships
- Design and execute reach campaigns on digital media using YouTube, Facebook, OTT platforms, etc.
- Achieve better efficiency in media buying through both programmatic buying and long term deals
- Build strategic partnerships with large publishers in genres like auto, eCommerce, news, games, etc.
- Utilise web analytics (GA) for tracking performance and drawing actionable insights
- Improve social engagement across platforms through social listening, ORM and SMO
- Work with website development team to ensure ideal user experience on portal
Mobile Marketing
- Drive customer acquisition through mobile app installs using SEM, social, ad networks, etc.
- Reactivate lapsed customers by planning and executing targeted 3600 digital campaigns
- Build partnerships with large mobile handset manufacturers for pre-burn of mobile app
- Leverage performance channels to improve the number of monthly active users
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Lead a team to drive organic visits through better ranking for relevant keywords
- Conceptualize and lead the implementation of new page features to improve user engagement
- Conduct periodic SEO audits to identify any gaps, and work with tech team on rolling out fixes
- Evangelize SEO to ensure alignment in other teams like merchandizing, category, content, tech. etc.
- Effective use of web analytics for identifying new opportunities and tracking performance
- Key tools : Omniture, SEMRush, Moz, Similarweb, ahrefs, keyword planner, Screaming frog, etc
- Should have had a minimum of 10-15 year experience in digital marketing space - including but not limited to Facebook/ Twitter/
- Should have worked on SEO, SMM, website optimization from the point of view of user experience and interface
- Should have had a min on 2 years- experience in e commerce - which involves reaching out to customers - asking data to be filled and then giving the customers the final product offering.
- Having developed an alternative fulfilment model would be an added bonus.
- An MBA from a good institute is a must, an engineer would be an added bonus.
