Key Areas:
- Acquisition of new clients and managing relationship with clients to invest in properties in Indore and nearby Locations
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Providing need based solutions to the corporate customer.
- Responsible for acquisition of new relationships
- Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients
- Increasing penetration of the existing solutions and exploring new business opportunities.
- Liaise with operations team to ensure smooth and effective services and resolve any service escalation.
- Maintain and grow healthy pipeline of the accounts to ensure consistency of business
