As AGM/DGM Planning & coordination the responsibilities include the following : - To ensure the construction projects for completed within the deadlines. - Develop schedules at levels for construction activities, resources and working capital - To prepare the plan on budget, execution, control and also monitoring the project performance Contract and Tender management : - Audit progress of construction activities and develop MIS reports to update top management regularly - Jointly identify, with construction management, resolution methods for any deviation - Set quarterly targets for the site team and monitor achievement on a continuous basis - Develop best practices for scheduling through creation of standard modules, guidelines for schedule adjustment based on actual site performance etc. - Mentor/ train site planning engineers and identify development plan and training needs for them - Develop/ amend corporate policies, whenever required, to further enhance opportunities by which planning can deliver impact Desired Candidate Profile : - B.E / B.Tech civil with prior experience of 10+ years in planning in real estate industry. - Should have experience in execution of residential/commercial project. - Should have experience in handling team - Will be responsible to update the management and coordinate with all other departments and agencies - Should have excellent communication skills
