Location : Somewhere in Rajasthan (will be disclosed in one 2 one discussion)
Company : A Top Business Group of India having large manufacturing location
CTC : open upto 40 LPA (Depending upon current CTC & total yrs of exp)
Responsibilities :
- Planning for manpower requirements & Preparing Job Description for the same as per the Org Chart.
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent adhering to the cost, time & quality targets
- Identifying training needs across levels through PMS, Competencies Assessment, Developing Annual Training Budget and plan along with functional heads and program managers., Training Implementation & Effectiveness Monitoring
- Ensure KRA setting as per balance Scorecard., Managing PMS process across the levels, ensuring adherence to the defined framework., Ensuring Positive scores in the PMS Survey to ensure quality of process followed for goal-setting & appraisals.
- Employee satisfaction surveys, Gallup - Q12 and action planning to improve engagement
- HR Processes & Policies Formulations and Implementation
- Developing the Rewards & Recognition scheme as a productivity & motivation analysis tool Implementing Innovative & Newer Recognition Methods, like peer-to-peer recognition, etc
- Identifying, Defining & appraising the technical and behavioural competencies for all roles in the organisation
- Development centres & Action Planning IDPs on the same
- Career Planning/Succession Planning for critical roles or positions
