Designation : AGM - DATA Analyst Reports to : Sr. VP - Operations Function: MIS (Management Information System) JOB DEFINITION We are searching for an experienced DATA Analyst to lead our MIS team. The person should be experienced technically to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data which eventually should lead to help make business decisions. To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that you are able to provide concentrate data to help the organization to be driven towards making important business decisions. OVERVIEW - Data Analyst - MIS &amp; Reporting KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Interact with various business heads and function heads to get a detailed understanding of process flows and track metrics under their respective verticals. - Synthesize and communicate main findings and conclusions through business review meetings in a way that these serve as helpful input for the leadership - Ideate and continuously refine comprehensive models and help construct dashboards and reports for various verticals - Build comprehensive models to identify and track key levers of business performance. - Design visuals to effectively represent the data models and analyses to provide a clear structure for decision making. - Drive adoption and deploy change management initiatives for higher usage of business analytics tools - Collect and store data on sales numbers, market research, logistics, linguistics, or other behaviors. Bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in ways to help people, business, and organization make better decisions. - Conduct market research to understand competitor trends &amp; behavior. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION Academic: Graduate or MBA Experience: 6-7 years. - Knowledge of statistical tool like SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau Public, Apache Spark and Splunk. - Must have minimum 4 years of experience as data analyst. - Understanding of addressing and metadata standards COMPETENCIES - Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written), Good numerical skills, business acumen, - Strong Organizational Skills, Team Working - ability to delegate and motivate, Creative - Ability, energy and enthusiasm to deal with campaigns, ability to work to deadlines and cope with consequent pressure, confident to sell ideas and brief agencies, external vendors and the team, able to interact with all levels of the organization; must be able to articulate a - Vision and develop and deliver supporting marketing plans, comfortable working with - Ambiguity and change. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
