The below role is for a Real Estate Start - up consulting firm based in Mumbai.
Designation : CRM Strategy (Individual Role)
Major Key Role is given below :
- Plan & conceptualize strategy towards customer experience to achieve business goals & volumes as well as profitability .
- Design and implement CRM strategy based on Customer Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Industry trends.
- Work in close association with Sales in the strategy for sales promotion of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Support the CRM team for the professional and work developments.
- MIS to ensure consistent collections.
- Monitor and record service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation : Commensurate with Market
Location : Mumbai, India
Preferred profile :
Educational qualifications :
- Postgraduate degree / diploma from a tier 1 institute (defined as IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIML, ISB) (Preffered 2014 - 2015)
- Above 85 percent marks in 10th & 12th
Functional knowledge & technical ability :
- Understanding of sales and marketing concepts & theory
- Ability to analyse data and derive trends / understanding from it
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel)
