Job Responsibilities :
1. Shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly revenue target for sales of various soft skills training programs to Corporates, Educational Institutes and Industries across various sectors like Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, Retail etc. (No limit on sectors) for their employees/ workforce/students
2. Acquiring new clients across various sectors and end to end sales management
3. You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation on various Training programs.
4. You shall generate productive enquiries related to sales of various soft skills Training programs. Your previous connect with the industry and past performance is very important.
5. Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS reports
6. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries related to Corporate Training programs
7. Regular follow up with clients to convert the enquiries into sales and closing the deals
8. You will be required to Travel to deliver sales presentations and meeting the clients in the industry.
Minimum Education : Graduate
Work Experience : 13 to 18 years
Gender : Male / Female /Female - Preferred
Industry Exposure Required :
1) Excellent communication and selling skills to sell Training programs.
2) Team Player, Motivator & a Good Leader.
3) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
4) Candidates having strong contacts in the industry would be preferred.
5) Candidates with Solid track record in selling of soft skills Training programs.
