- Design & Administer the talent management framework for Retail including periodic reviews.

- HiPo - Strategies & Interventions via IDPs

- Succession Planning and periodic review of the same

- Career Progression plans

R&R

- Design & Upgrade the framework

- Execution of the planned framework in timely manner

Employee Engagement

- Cultural initiatives - design & implement based on business focus

- Manage the corporate driven engagement initiatives, align - develop & execute the plans

- Productivity Tracking & enhancement initiatives

Candidate

- MBA HR

- Should be conceptually sound in HR theories and practices

- Should be well versed with HR operations as an HR BP either at an Unit or regional level followed by a CoE exp

- Strong exposure in developing, designing & deploying business centric OD interventions
