JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Purpose :

We are looking for resource who is proficient in business process and handling requirement elicitation process, liaison with business teams, delivery partner and successfully executing projects in retail lending servicing systems.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities :

- Ability to handle requirement elicitation process, project planning and tracking, liaison with business teams, delivery partners on Retail Lending Servicing systems, Such as finnone, crm, collections etc.

- Determining operational objectives by studying business functions and processes, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.

- Work closely with Business teams and delivery partner to identify areas of process reengineering and unlock value

- Align Loan servicing/management requirements around digital landscape of the institution

- Organizing/prioritizing lending service system requirements as per business priority, complexity & other related factors and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups (flow charts & diagrams).

- Translating and simplifying the requirements in terms of development.

- Monitoring & controlling delivery plan with software development partner (end to end).

- Improvising current credit platform by studying current practices & designing modifications.

- Recommending controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.

- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables.

- Provide an effective liaison between PMO, delivery partner and the respective business teams.

Required Qualifications And Experience :

- Minimum qualification required is Engineering Graduate or Post-Graduate with an experience of around 7-12 approx years on Retail Lending. (preferably in vehicle financing not mandatory, though .

- Well versed with Retail Lending eco systems.

- Working knowledge of Lending business terms and calculations (Repayment schedule, IRR, Accrual, NPA/provisioning, etc.) preferred.

- Must have understanding of software engineering concepts

- Should have Exposure to digital landscape and Omni channel concepts

- Should have ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.

- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to tailor communication style to cater both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Thorough knowledge of Business Processes required in Finance domain, especially Loan Servicing/Management.

- Working knowledge of FinnOne and its integration with other systems will be preferred
