Qualification, Age: - BE / B.Tech - Age below 48 years Role and Responsibilities : - To plan and manage all aspects of industrial engineering in a textile manufacturing facility. Location is Palladam. - Line Planning with operation breakdown and setting of lines. - Develop and implement lean processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and improve productivity. - Reduce operating costs. - Standardize work processes. - Product Analysis and Costing. - Setting up targets for each process in department wise. - Method Uniformity and Operation Simplification at Sample stage. - Conduct Risk Analysis Meeting with Technical Team for difficult and new styles. - Effective style changes with Minimum production loss. - Introducing New Machinery/methods and Attachment to reduce Operational cost. - Training and Skill Development activities for staff &amp; workers. - Work Place Engineering &amp; Method Improvement - development of folders/attachments. - Support in Business excellence initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5 S,TQM etc. Skills required: The candidate should have worked in a systems oriented company. Worked in a textile garment industry in a managerial capacity for at least 5 years. Good math skills 1. Strong time management skills 2. Mechanical aptitude 3. A strong desire for organization and efficiency 4. Excellent communication 5. Creative problem solving 6. Quantitative skills 7. Technical competency 8. The continuous drive for improvement
