Job Description:
- To conceptualize and execute the brand-specific marketing activities in all the states of the northern region.
- Developed a short and long-term business plan for the brand that addressed product holes, new markets, and distribution strategy
- To control and ensure the cost-effective and smooth execution of the marketing activities, under the sanctioned budget
- To enhance the visibility of brands at the retail level, thereby increasing brand awareness in the region
- Analyze the market environment and report the learnings/competition activities/ changes/ challenges in the market on a regular basis in the proper format
- Strive to make all brands of RKL "Value for money" brands. Develop strategy and manage the marketing programs that would derive demand for all premium brands
- Develop Annual Marketing Budget, ensure execution of Marketing activities as per Annual planner
- Developed and executed brand communication strategy across all platforms (digital multimedia, marketing/sales materials, trade shows, photoshoots and promotion
- Analyze Sales data to understand market dynamics for new product development, formulate strategies for existing products etc.
- Developing various types of campaign in order generate grass root level awareness and need generation like Wet, participation in various events, Dealer board.
