1. Capability to independently manage the Admin activities of a multi customer Delivery Centre with about 5000 to 10000 associates.

2. Site selection for new office premise and ensure process compliance for leasing

3. Leasing of apartments for associates

4. Setting up new Delivery Centres / Relocation of Office as per business requirement.

5. Implementation of Fire Safety guidelines

6. Telecommunication

7. Technical / Facility maintenance

8. Workplace Health and Safety

9. Audit and Compliance

10. Responsibility for timely vendor and utility payments

11. Budgeting and Financial planning

15. Transport Management - Car leasing and negotiating rate contracts for bus and night cab transport services

16. AMC and preventive Maintenance - Planning and execution

17. Procurement of goods and services, price negotiation and issuance of PO

18. Managing Customer and Senior Management visits

20. Issue Official Letters to Consulates, Banks, Landlords, etc.
