Assistant General Manager - Accounts & Tax - Construction/Engineering

- The incumbent will have the key responsibility of handling the day to day Accounts for the group companies.

- Support in consolidation & Accounts finalization in accordance with IND-AS, IFRS and reporting of Group companies.

- Financial Budgeting, Preparation of Quarterly / Annual Financial Results.

- Ensure proper maintenance of all financial ledgers for the day to day operations.

- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

- Handling Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, Advance Tax Calculations, Lower Rate TDS.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances and Audit Compliances for all tax related transactions.

- Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines.

- Monthly MIS reporting of group companies to top management and Investors.
