Assistant Finance Controller

- Setting up the finance & account process for new business, accounting policies and procedures and financial framework as per their nature of business along with management reporting transition the new process, setting up SLA and F&A process, SOP and TAT for F&A process deliverables.

- Client engagement, up scaling the business, setting up client expectation and advise in growth of their business.

- Team handling and coordinating with all the respective departments (Tax, payroll etc) and capacity building of team.

- Presenting the group financial with the respective CFO of companies and advising to improve the business.

- Finalize the budget for the respective departments and setting up the KPI for the respective clients.

- Setting up revenue, account receivable and payable, fixed assets process and synchronize with the financial system.

- Setting up F&A policies for new clients.

- Controlling all the financial process efficiently of US, Norway, Singapore and UK based companies.

- Implementing new IFRS as per industry nature and improving existing finance process.

- Advising the CFO of respective companies to improve their revenue, AR collection process, EBITDA, Working capital management and current market value of business.

- Overall controlling & reviewing the financials as per GAAP and supporting CFO of respective organization.

- Coordination with tax departments, payroll departments, compliance departments and marketing team.

- Consolidation of group company financial as per GAAP, intercompany eliminations and MIS.

- Stakeholder management working with CFO of USA, Uk and Norway base entities and ensure proper coordination.

- Cash flow management, presentation of financial numbers and board meeting presentation data.

- Helping clients in improving their revenue, business operation and launching new product in new market.

- Helping start up client to expand their business and improve their profitability.

- Advising the team on new issues and imparting training for capacity building of team.
