Assistant Director - Valuation - BFSI/Consulting

Job Description :

- Manage engagements for intangible business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); financial reporting.

- Performing business valuation across various sectors various geographies

- Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed.

- Assume a leadership role in report generation and detailed financial modeling.

- Manage a team of Valuation professionals

- Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.

- The Business valuation utilizing various approaches like DCF and Relative valuation

Desired Profile:

- Full time MBA / qualified CA with 10-15 years of post qualification experience.

- Relevant experience of working on DCF & Relative Valuations projects

- Strong knowledge of valuation principles and finance

- 5+ years of team management experience

- Have strong knowledge of valuation principles, valuation methodologies and accounting principles.

- Have significant project and client management experience

- Have knowledge of research databases like Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Factiva, Thomson, etc.

- Ability to source and analyze company and industry information.
