Assistant Director - Technology Solutions & Delivery Team - Financial Services

The role is of an Assistant Director for a Technology Solutions and Delivery team at one of leading financial analytics, consulting and research firm. It is a client facing role with a responsibility to manage a team of highly skilled professionals and design and develop enterprise software product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop an enterprise software product

- Ensure the product is highly configurable and extensible

- Work collaboratively with a core team of architects and developers spread across different locations

- Perform gap analysis and provide business solutions

- Participate in architecture design and reviews of projects requiring complex solutions

- Mentor a team of Senior Developers when required

Successful Candidate:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

- Must have at least 10+ years of software design and development experience

- Must have extensive developmental experience in: .Net, C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, SQL Server/Oracle, MVC, WebAPI

- Must have client handling experience for 5-6 years

- Team management and project experience of at least 5-6 years

- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
