Job Description :

- Manage the recruitment end to end for the technology as well as nontechnology vertical globally

- Work on employer branding, talent acquisition process and manage a team of recruiters to ensure active pipeline of candidates

- Our client is a fastest growing startup in their space with their development centre in Noida and headquarters in US.

- With objective of further accelerating their growth and increasing market share they are looking to hire a strategic HR professional to drive hiring for niche requirements across business verticals.

Description :

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Tech, Design and Product, as well as support functions

- Building overall talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company in order to meet the planned client requirement and improve overall productivity of the teams

- Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager and ensure active pipeline of candidates

- Supporting line of business recruitment strategies aligned to annual business goals (diversity, digital, etc.)

- Working on Talent Strategy Design, Planning, Acquisition, Headcount Budgeting and Forecasting

- Working on Talent Assessment and Retention Strategies

- Driving several special projects/initiatives

- Liaising Global Stakeholders - VP Product & COO for critical hiring needs

- Handling the vendor management process, set the deadlines/ SLA's to all the vendors/monitoring their performance on quarterly basis

- Ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to including, cost, effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers

- Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments

Profile :

- You should have 8 years of experience in product/ecommerce/internet space and managing large teams

- You should have in depth understanding about technology recruitment and have strong stakeholder management skills

- Strong experience in product/technology hiring market and experience in scaling up the organization
