Talent Supply Chain - Offshore Staffing Lead

Level : AD/SM

Location : Chennai

Role : TSC Offshore Staffing Lead

About the Role

We are looking at onboarding a senior leader from within the Company as the Off Shore staffing lead in Talent Supply Chain (TSC). We are open to onboard associates who have experience in handling large delivery engagements within the company to work with the TSC organization.

Proactive Talent Planning for BU / SBU

- Create Annual Workforce Plans for BU, aligned to revenue and cost targets

- Create Supply plans based on demand projections - Laterals and ELTs, Visa planning, - build vs buy- decisions for the unit

- Guide COO/CPO on talent supply funnels, SLAs and fulfillment plans

- Implement supply plans through TAG, Academy, CDP, etc.

- Coordinate Visa planning and utilization

- Align available skill pools to BU's demand and staffing strategies

BU Demand Management and Staffing

- Work with BU COO on Demand validation for alignment to forecasts, Quality of information

- Source demand projections from forecasts, RFP- s, attrition information

- Provide Demand SPOCs with information from across TSC on status of open demand

- Handle staffing escalations with data on staffing plans

- Coordinate with CDP team on talent availability

- Work with TSC teams to achieve and improve on SLA's

- Work with COO to prioritize RR approvals based on Hiring slots

Deployment and Operations

- Prioritize staffing decisions based on Account Pyramid/PAQ ratio

- Prioritize fulfillment based on business need, project pyramid and past utilization of fulfilled resources

- Implement rotation of talent based on policy

- Coordinate Releases linked to Utilization improvement / MO plans

- Track deployment efficiency and productivity of staffed resources

Skills Required

- AD/SM level associate with proven track record in managing large Project or People (HR) engagements

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within the organization

- Experience working in projects involving multiple verticals and horizontals will be a plus

- Very strong leadership skills befit to manage a large team globally

- Good communication skills - both verbal and written - are a MUST

- Should be a hands-on manager, but must be able to work without losing sight of the big picture

- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict management skills

- Excellent people and team management skills

- Ability to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders

- Needs to be familiar with all key internal systems and processes

Experience:

12+ years- experience in Core Delivery roles in projects / People functions
