Assistant Director - Physical Security

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the organizations entire security function (regulations, norms and rules) to make sure the environment in the Org is safe for employees and visitors

- Keeps tracks of events and state wise vigil on possible strikes by political parties which causes disruption during commute and cause for safety for employees

- BCP for natural calamities

 - Implementing security protocols

- Creating emergency response procedures

- Conducting security evaluations

- Managing and supervising security staff members

- Experience in managing Fire and Safety

- Accident prevention (especially in India with the provision of transport for our 4K odd employees

- Crisis management and contingency planning

- Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of any road accident or crime on premises or to do with any of our office vehicles.

- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points which serves as entry and exit.
