Job Location : Gurgaon

Shift Timing : Day Shifts

Mandatory :

- Should have good people & GLOBAL Client Management experience (NO DOMESTIC).

- Must have Financial Due diligence experience

About Process : This is the M&A process. It deals with financial due diligence which is done by analyzing the financial and historical data. It also include the analysis of financial transactions to project the future financial performance of the company.This Team does the financial statement analysis,Ratio Analysis and due diligence.

Profile :

- It's a Multidimensional role with people management(Large Team),Global Client Management, Project Management, Stakeholder management,Global Outlook Management, Critical project management, outlook Management, Business development being a part of it.

- This person interacting with the director's/Heads/Partners.

- Working on Multiple industry.

Job role include : 1- 3 months onshore travelling

Desired Profile :

- CA /PG/ MBA Finance(Full Time Only) with 10-15 years of experience.

- Looking Candidate from Shares Services/KPO/BPO/Research firm/ Management Consulting only

- Should have good exposure of Global Client Management & Project Management.
