Assistant Director - Financial Advisory

Talisman Advisors is an executive search and selection firm specializes in the recruitment of middle to senior level talent, are looking for a Assistant Director Advisory based out of Gurgaon for one of our clients. Our Client is into Professional services and a global leader in the advisory services.

The incumbent will be managing a large team and responsible for:

- Performing Qualitative and Quantitative business development support

- Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members

- Managing several medium to large size projects

- Ensure smooth service delivery

- Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations, and devise alternative ways forward.

We are looking at candidates with Post Graduate/CA with 10+ years of experience having an excellent understanding of company, industry and economic research, financial statements and valuations. He should have an understanding of transactions life cycle and M&A activities and products / corporate finance. The candidates should be working in a consultancy, MNC with a shared service environment or KPO.
