Description - Excellent opportunity to lead the project management office of a large MNC bank while leading large scale transformation projects.

Client Details :

- Our client is a leading investment bank, providing banking, financial advisory, investment and funds management services supporting Global Operations across Retail Banking & Investment Banking .

Description :

- Manage, motivate and lead the growing PMO team on large data and platform based projects

- Carry out development, performance and management of talent calibration within the PMO team

- Manage the global transitions and migrations portfolio

- Set direction and influence all led project initiations

- Continue to develop the PMO global function into a project centre of excellence

Profile :

- 15+ years of relevant experience with extensive exposure of leading large scale transformation projects within the BFSI industry

- CA/CPA qualifications are preferred

- Extensive program/project management experience with a track record of delivering large data and platform projects for finance, tax and/or treasury clients

- Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive level.

- Strong leadership, people and team management skills

- Maintains high standards of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
