Assistant Director - Finance - Retail/Telecom - CA

- Required CA+ minimum - Years of experience

- Manage and oversee accounting functions of the entire group.

- Manage and review financials on monthly basis and assist the team with monthly closure process.

- Knowledge of IFRS accounting

- Ensure compliances with Taxation and other statutory matters

- Ensure compliances with Company law matters

- Ensure compliances with Controllership matters

- To deal with various related functions like Audits, statutory, internal etc.

- Review of Contracts along with contract management process

- To manage team of AP, AR & Others.

- Develop procedures that ensure collections are complete and current.

- Improve and implement financial controls, ensuring accurate control and accounting of assets and accounts.

- Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in the accounting profession; applies this knowledge to recommend and implement process and policy changes.

- Dedication to close activities within timelines
