B2B SAAS Experience is a MUST - Mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the India and Probably International regions, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. - Drive the acquisition of new enterprise customers by effectively articulating the value proposition of our B2B SaaS solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, market trends, and customer needs. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to the executive team. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and product feedback loop. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation. - Display enthusiasm for team building and actively participate in the hiring process. Should have a willingness to travel. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 6 to 10 years of proven experience in Sales with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales professionals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of the Indian and possibly international market with a network of relevant industry contacts. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans. - Results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving revenue growth. Willingness to travel as required.
