Assistant Director/Director - Process Excellence - eCommerce Startup

We are looking for AD/Director-Process Excellence for one of the asia based e-commerce startup .

Location : Noida.

Exp : 5 year+

Salary : As per market standard.

Role Objective :

- The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be driving Sales Operations Excellence for all Enterprise accounts.

- The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation.

- A high visibility role within the organization which shall enable the incumbent to drive large scale operations by implementing innovative technology solutions.

Role Responsibilities :

- Own & lead Sales Operations for Enterprise Business pan-India, with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Develop Operations strategy and drive the execution while liaisioning with business owners

- Develop operations blueprint and act as the SPOC to liaise with product team to automate and digitize the processes

- Set-up Standard Operating Processes and drive them through training and reinforcement ; that results in improving the key metrics

- Ensuring continuous performance improvement in all areas of the business by using data and analytics

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation & account receivables

Key Stakeholders With Purpose Internal :

Sales/KAMs : Key Stakeholder management

Supply & Supply chain Team : Driving Operations

Finance, Technology & HR : For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members

Qualification & Experience :

Work Experience :

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Operations consulting domain 

Essential Knowledge/ Skills :

- Excellent communication & people management skills

- Essential Demonstrated ability to setup and drive large scale operations through the use of technology

- Essential High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. Should be able to work in an unstructured environment

- Essential Excellent data/analytical skills. Data driven approach towards problem solving is required

- Essential Education B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute Essential
