Looking For: Organization is looking to add a highly motivated experienced professional to the management team. Candidate will have a vision for a better world for differently abled children and believes that learning never stops

Who you are:

- You are a persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels. You are good with numbers and have great writing and reporting skills, are adept at scheduling and time management. You are fairly skilled in traditional Office oriented software like Word, Excel, PPT etc. 


- You have a Master's Degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. 


- Background in Education or Healthcare is a plus but not required. What you will do: You will work with a team of super smart professionals with a vision to change the paradigm for differently abled children. You will be responsible for the leadership, administration, and supervision of ORGANIZATION and it's daily operational functions. You will establish and communicate an ORGANIZATION-wide philosophy of a functional learning environment for the students and teachers.

You will:

- Oversee the intake processes for student admissions - Run the recruitment process for new hires at ORGANIZATION consistently. This includes liaising with educational and other institutions


 - Supervise and evaluate all daily activities of staff members relative to assigned tasks


 - Work on the morale and motivation of the entire staff and professional development as necessary to provide opportunities for cross-training and growth - Assist in developing, monitoring, supervising and managing all aspects of the annual budgets for ORGANIZATION 


- Work with school personnel to maintain integrity and accuracy of student records, including maintenance and tracking 


- Assist the Director in implementation of policies and procedures at school (e.g., compensation, vacation/sick days; recruitment screening, background checks, etc.) 


- Maintain open lines of communication regarding special education with all outside constituencies


 - Keep an open and regular channel of communications with the parent community using all available means and providing appropriate and timely responses to all concerns of parents 


- Assist in preparing reports and information for the School Board and Trust including an annual operating plan and budget 


- Conduct ongoing needs assessments, collect and analyze data, use pertinent data to refine and improve ORGANIZATION operational functions and services; evaluate special education program initiatives 


- Engage all new staff members in effective induction procedures and facilitate continued professional development through ongoing training opportunities within ORGANIZATION 


:Plan and implement professional development for ORGANIZATION staff; involve staff in continuous improvement through self-evaluation and goal setting
