Assistant Director - B2C/Inside Sales

Responsibilities

1. Provide the team with vision and objectives manage key performance indicators.

2. Set the monthly, weekly, daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved.

3. Handling and guiding team to achieve monthly sales.

4. Maintain the Sales report of the team.

5. Motivating and mentoring team to achieve and exceed targets

6. Design and develop business model as per the location and market situation

7. Conduct weekly reviews for performance and training

8. Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required

9. Map the company's sales process with our customer's buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by our sales force and sales management to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes.

10. Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and processes to and work with the product marketing and sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development.

11. Manage the Learning Management and sales content management tools.

12. Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR teams.

13. Drive programmatic change to sales enablement programs and approaches driven by measurement outcomes.

Requirements:

1. MBA with at 8+ years of Sales experience.

2. Good Team Handling skills

3. Minimum 5 +years of team handling skills with a minimum team of 50+

4. Must be good in MS Excel and Word.

5. Good Communication skills.

6. Should be from B2C Background
