NOTE- :- Candidate should be throughout 60% in educational qualifications.
Purpose of the Job:
The role will be responsible for heading the entire gamut of labour compliance / IR issues across the plant.Also the incumbent will be responsible for workforce planning, employee engagement and grievance handling for all functions in the plant.
