Assistant/Deputy Manager - Industrial Relations - Automobile

Excellent candidate with 7-12 years experience in handling Industrial relations and plant grievances.

Education Qualification: MBA / MSW -Full time

NOTE- :- Candidate should be throughout 60% in educational qualifications.

Purpose of the Job:

The role will be responsible for heading the entire gamut of labour compliance / IR issues across the plant.Also the incumbent will be responsible for workforce planning, employee engagement and grievance handling for all functions in the plant.

KRA's:-

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Handling IR Situations and plant issues

Grievance handling

Employee engagement

Exposure to compliance/welfare and other prevailing acts

Contractual labor handling

Wage and Salary Administration
