Role Description: The incumbent in this role will oversee all human resources operations and ensure theyre aligned with the companys business goals. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: - Act as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any employee relations issues involving employees. - Support, develop and manage employee relations issues using Company policies, procedures and best practice, ideally resolving issues where possible informally. - Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks. - Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees. - Partner with team in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives that add value to both, the business and employees. - Drive events and activities aimed at developing an employee friendly culture thereby increasing employee motivation. - Analyse data to identify trends in attrition, employee engagement surveys, pulse sessions. Desired Profile: - Overall 2-6 years experience, preferably in small-mid sized Financial services organization. - Should be working as a HR Business Partner, working on aligning HR Strategy with the business. - Should possess strong functional knowledge in HR, especially in context of Business Partnering - Should have had an exposure to driving engagement, performance and talent management and handling grievances for employees - Applies sound judgement when faced with moderately difficult decisions. - Strong time management and priorities management skills.
