Position- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager -FP&A Location - Noida Sector -125 Reports to: CFO Team Size : This position will act as CFO office and will work closely with finance , strategy and business team. KRA's - 1) Preparation of strategic plan/ business plans/operating plans/budgets for the business - 2) Identify and drive variations from the budgets v/s actuals and giving key strategic initiatives for the business to achieve budgeted numbers - 3) Developing and auditing Financial Model - 4) Create business development pitches to capture new business - 5) Data analysis including operational KPIs and financial KPIs of the business - 6) Preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations to the Board - 7) Collection and analysis of industry and competitor data and trend - 8) Planning and Execution of Post -Merger Integration Experience, Education & Competencies 1) BE / B-tech with MBA from top business school 2) 3+ years' experience as Business Analyst/ Business Strategy Manager 3) Strong leadership skills required.
