Role Assistant/ Deputy Manager Finance

Role Definition - Must be a Chartered Accountant with at least 5-7 years of post qualification experience in Finance and Accounts in Industry preferably real estate or similar industry

Expected Age - Maximum upto 37/36 years

Industry - Real estate, Co working, IPC, Flexible Work Space Startups (Fintech, Edutech) only

Responsibility

- Deliverable Management MIS

- Balance Sheet and Audit

- Taxation: GST, TDS, and other taxes

- Company Law Complainces

- Debtor/Creditors Review and Control

- Release of PO

- Advance to Vendor management

- Review of all the expenses and reporting

- Cashflow management and reporting

Measurement Metrics Deliveries - as per above

Skills - A Chartered Accountant well versed with current changes in accounting and legal affairs related to taxation

 

Knowledge - 

- Knowledge of SAP / Other ERP like Oracle, Microsoft is must

- Thorough understanding of Tax Laws, compliances, governance, development of internal controls

- Budgeting skills and ability to interpret Variance
