Assistant Company Secretary - Infrastructure Sector

Our client is major players in the infrastructure sector. We are looking for looking for an Assistant Company Secretary who comes from a background of working in a listed company .

About the Job :

1) Assist the Company Secretary for all Secretarial functions

2) should have handled compliances of a listed company

3)Hands on experience in corporate, industrial,, labour and environmental laws

4) Experience if interactions with the the stock exchange in both pre and post listing

5) Knowledge and understanding of SEBI regulations with respect to IPO listing highly preferable
