Role : Assistant Category Manager

Job description:

An assistant category manager is responsible for assisting the category manager at all levels including marketing and sales, improving customer satisfaction along with managing day to day operations for the company.

Administrative and Operational responsibilities:

1. Assist the category manager in identifying sales and marketing opportunities

2. Analyze the housejoy business on a daily/weekly basis and prepare operations and customer satisfaction reports for top management

3. Identify new business opportunities within the housejoy ecosystem

4. Coordinate with city managers for operations related reports and suggest improvements to existing processes in place

5. Overlook the training of service providers to ensure smooth execution of service rendered.

Desired Education and experience

- Have prior experience in handling operations

- MBA from an established business school.

- Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast moving environment

- Advanced tracking, execution and project management skills

- Ability to run reports and process data

- Clear and concise business writing skills and be able to convey ideas in a clear and understandable way

- Must be able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Docs
