About the Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join their innovative marketing team. If you are a creative, detail-oriented professional with relevant marketing experience with consumer good brands, specializing in social media, campaign management & influencer marketing , we want to hear from you!

Location: Old Airport Road, Bangalore

Working Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm, Onsite

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of Brand Marketing experience with a focus on social media, campaign management, partnerships, and events.

- Experience in D2C, Agency or digital first brands is highly preferred

- Degree in Marketing, Communications , Business, or a related field

Key Deliverables:

1. Develop and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement, creating and managing diverse content.

2. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and engage with customers in the brand's voice.

3. Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with overall objectives, ensuring collaboration with internal teams.

4. Drive CRM effectiveness through targeted communication and execution of full-funnel campaigns.

5. Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, and optimizing for predefined KPIs.

6. Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, utilizing analytics tools for continuous improvement.

7. Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, organizations, and brands, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

8. Plan and execute marketing events, manage budgets, and evaluate success through post-event analysis.

9. Support the maintenance and evolution of brand identity, contribute to marketing collateral development, and align with business objectives.

10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Must Have Skills:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies and running SM pages.

- Experience in planning and executing successful marketing events & collaborations

- Familiarity with Ecommerce brands and ability to wear multiple hats

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
