Assistant Brand Manager - Personal Care - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (2-3 yrs)
We are looking out for ABM role for personal care division
JOB Location- Chennai (1 year WFH) and looking some one those are ready to relocate in Chennai
Looking candidate those are full time MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
JD :
- Responsible for P&L of the brand
- Achieving top line & bottom-line targets for the brand
- Market, Category & Brand assessment & benchmarking for each of the markets responsible
- Analyzing success of brand initiatives - marketing, BTL, trade initiatives etc.
- Coordinating with Trade marketing team to drive scheme communication, visibility campaigns and drive execution
- Interact with Sales team to drive top line objectives
- Coordinating with Purchase team for ensuring RM order blocking at best costs
- Coordinating with internal CFT to ensure squeeze and other margin improvement projects are executed as per plan
- Participating in Market Research & be the consumer voice
