Designation: Asst. Brand Manager - Frozen & F&V
Grade: Level 5 (Assistant Manager)
Function: Marketing
Directly reports to: Marketing Head (Frozen & F&V)
Indirectly reports to: None
Experience 2-4 Years

Education qualification MBA - From premier B-School (IRMA, Symbiosis, Wellingker etc
Location Gurgaon
Target industry Food & Beverages / FMCG
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Business planning of the portfolio
- Responsible to drive all key marketing matrices for the Brand

- Ensure deep understanding of the market and consumer to identify need gaps and give relevant solutions via
1. Consumer Research
2. Market Visits
3. Strong coordination with the Sales team
- Product Innovation
- Creating and Managing the entire communication on the brand - ATL & BTL including coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, Instagram etc)
- Responsible to create and execute all activities on the brand i.e events, chef meets and tie-ups with prominent establishments to enhance brand/product presence.
- Planning and Managing Budgets
KEY TASKS:
Business & marketing
Responsible to execute the business strategy of the Frozen & Fresh Category via a strong marketing plan
- Drive Business Volume and Profitability
- Help translate strategy to innovative marketing plans
- Track competitor activities to ensure we are always either ahead or quick to react
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns end to end
- Ensure superior coordination with agencies ( research . advertising, media, BTL etc ) for the smooth & timely running of all activities
- Strong and constant link with business teams to ensure all relevant marketing support is provided.
Communication/Promotions
Execute the communication strategy across channels
- Ensure timely execution of all ATL communication
- Ensure strong on-ground presence via superior POS activation
- Drive synergy of communication across all platforms ensuring the brand has one voice to the consumer.
- Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to communication both in content and medium of communication
Product innovation :
Constantly strive to win on product innovation via :
- Consumer Insight into food tastes, regional nuances, trending flavors etc
- Deep understanding of the product development process
- Ownership and hence execution of a 6 month & 3-year innovation pipeline
Packaging
- Work closely with the internal packaging team as well as vendors to ensure packaging is both aesthetic and robust to keep product integrity.
- Ensure packaging is in synergy with the brand communication
- Keep a close watch on packaging world at large across the food space for inspiration.
- Critical Challenges :
a. Establishing new B2B and B2C categories

Key Knowledge and Skills
- Innovative, proactive approach to projects
- Attention to detail & Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of various media/channels for brand building
- Ability to Manage people - internal and external including agencies and cross-functional teams
- While sales experience is- t mandatory it would be good to have.
- Work in food categories & an interest in food would also be good to have.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
