- Brand Custodian across all platforms and mediums.
- Ensuring coherence in all elements defining the brand - name, logo, packaging etc. as per consumer needs.
- Work with the trade marketing/sales to coordinate trade activities, in-store executions, on ecommerce/website to bring to life the brand in the market.
- Engage & coordinate with the sales & supply team to ensure delivery of fiscal goals.
- Lead the digital brand team to drive social reach and engagement across platforms.
- Own content ideation, creation and execution for the brand - with in house team or agency partners.
- Work with Multi-functional teams (product, regulatory and license) to ensure timely execution of all brand marketing projects.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop and own NPD, social and retail calendars and manage resources; manage stakeholders -both internal/external.
- End-to-end project management - Packaging, NPD, Product Collaborations etc.
