Main Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to help in executing marketing plans to ensure that the brand category objectives and P&L targets are met.
- Assisting in planning and executing the annual marketing calendar.
- Timely execution of all marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in coordination with various agencies (creative, media, packaging, vendors etc.).
- Market insights: Should have a keen eye for tracking competition and bring out consumer insights.
- Designing, printing and dispatch of tactical and generic POS communication to sales regions.
- Working on the NPD funnel including research, sampling, packaging development, launch etc.
- Competition tracking and Sales review on period basis.
- Working with Ecommerce marketing and tracking tools.
- Coordinating with external vendors namely, printers, advertising agency, media agency etc. to ensure smooth execution of day to day / assigned tasks.
- Planning for consumer schemes / trade schemes, incentives etc. and operationalizing them. short listing and procurement of promo material. Coordinating with commercial and logistics for road permits, receipt of goods.
- Interacting with internal departments i.e. IT, Commercial, Logistics, Finance, Legal etc.
- Keeping all packaging artworks approved and up to date.
- Hygiene activities including preparation & approval of all business cases, processing of vendor payments etc.
- All other reasonable instructions issued by the Reporting Superior from time to time.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have up to 1-2 years' experience of Brand/marketing management in FMCG/ snack foods category.
Essential Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier institute
- 1-2 years of experience in brand management
- Candidate must have some experience in innovation and new product development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; Highly organized, a self-starter, resilient and able to perform under pressure.
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines.
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
- Must have a passion for being a brand person and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in various platforms, trends, and evolutions.
