Assistant Brand Manager - FMCG

Hiring for Asst Brand Manager from FMCG industry. Should be an MBA from Premier B School 2013-2014 batch pass out only.

The job is based at Delhi/NCR

Brief Job Role:

- Lead the work on digital communication strategy for the brand and consumer promotions to gain traction and garner trials on HVPs

- Work on the portfolio strategy to make it more relevant and sustainable in terms of profitability

- Work on the flavor strategy and possible extensions for incremental gains on the portfolio

- Lead the work on development of product and communication strategy

- Initiate a qualitative study to understand the consumer dynamics on product consumption and generate positioning ideas on the brand

- Responsible for development of the first thematic communication on the brand

- Develop the packaging for the format and flavor extensions

- Initiate multiple quantitative studies for product test and refinement
