Job Description :  

1. P&L ownership of the skin, hair care category of the professional care business

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to innovate and launch new products

3. Drive margin improvement plans by improving packaging, pricing or formulation

4. Developed effective POS material, Initiated online and offline sampling activities

5. Championed war on waste by ensuring execution of all BTL activities within marketing budget and ensuring campaign efficiency

6. Created effective sales aids- comparison sheets, sales pitch video, product presenter

7. Manage and provide GTM strategies to drive awareness
